He specialises in complex cases for clients with adverse credit profiles such as CCJ, defaults etc. Over the years he has helped numerous clients through the complex process of securing funding for various property transactions including residential and buy to let mortgages, bridging finance and development finance. He is knowledgeable and has a great understanding of how best to guide his clients through the latest industry trends, policies, and regulations, enabling him to provide them with sound advice and solutions. Olu is a family man – married with two kids.

Augusta is the owner of Songhai Property Finance, an introducer appointed representative (IAR) of BSL Financial Services. She has over a decade of experience working in specialist brokerage houses focused on helping you solve your complex financial problems and build wealth with property. Her suite of services includes bridging and development finance, commercial lending, portfolio purchases and remortages; and complex residential. One thing that makes her stand out is her real-life exposure to such transactions: she is also a professional property developer and investor so has an appreciation of the challenges and keys to success around modern investing. A keen public speaker and writer, she is also a multi-award-winning adviser including Mortgage Adviser of the Year at the Financial Reporter Women’s Recognition Awards and has an average score of 4.8 out of 5 on VouchedFor. Augusta has been featured in the Financial Times and Evening Standard , and is married with two children.
MORTGAGE & PROTECTION ADVISOR
Emmanuel joined the group quite recently as a mortgage and protection advisor. His motive is to provide solutions and strategic options for clients trying to climb on the property ladder or simply for investment purposes. He has many years working in the financial industry as well as the public sector for a range of local authorities which has been extremely valuable when dealing with certain specific cases. When he is not working on cases, Emmanuel is working on content creation for his music clients as he is a videographer and video editor in his spare time. He is also a father of three boys.
Mortgage Administrator
After a decade of working as an Accountant, Roberta resigned from her managerial position to become a homemaker, with her focus on raising her family consisting of husband and 3 sons. Several years later, Roberta joined the BSL team as a mortgage administrator. Her background in finance means she has great attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills. She has helped the advisers and many clients in ensuring their applications run smoothly. Roberta also assists the management team with various projects and compliance tasks and has very quickly built up a reputation as an effective member of the team. Alongside her role at BSL, Roberta is a trainee therapist with a desire to help people improve the overall quality of their lives.
MORTGAGE ADMINISTRATOR
Abigail joined the BSL group as a mortgage administrator in 2022. Given previous clerical and data entry experience, in a short amount of time she has developed a great knowledge within financial services and mortgage processing. She assists brokers and countless of clients by submitting several applications every day. Abigail also assists the administration team with compliance tasks and is always willing to go an extra mile to meet expectations.
MORTGAGE ADMINISTRATOR
David joined the team in 2022 as a mortgage administrator, following his degree. He communicates regularly with the brokers, client, and lenders to make sure the necessary requirements are met for each respective application. David is also responsible for keeping on top of all the broker’s client cases, ensuring that everyone knows the status of each case and has built a reputation for his diligence in addressing any broker support task.
